Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order. Free Shipping promotion is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases. Please note, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted.
All expedited orders must be placed before 1pm ET.
Preorder and backorder items will ship with Standard shipping once inventory becomes available, on or about the date mentioned on the website.
We also offer expedited shipping – two day and next day on merchandise that is in stock.
Return & Exchange Policy
All products are available for Exchange Only. We would gladly accept unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. You may obtain an exchange authorization by visiting our Exchange Center or via phone, Live Chat or e-mail. You will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label. You can either print a shipping label and drop off at desginated location, or you can visit us at Katia LLC Store (600 W. Lancaster Road, Orlando, FL) bring your item(s) to meet the team and get your exchange immediately.
Shipping charges are not refundable and depending on the return method, there is $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse. Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
