I WANT TO EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THAT?
Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Most orders are in processing within 3 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer support at contactsupport@katiafashion.com to see if your order can still be edited or canceled.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?
Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
